Who is responsible

Shibl Labs, run by Haroun Abdelsamad, is responsible for processing personal data on this website. You can reach us at [email protected].

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request to deliver the pages securely and protect them from attacks. This is based on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form and email

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optionally your company and budget range, the topic and your message. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a person. Turnstile processes technical data about your browser and device for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your message is delivered to our mailbox by email through Resend (Resend, Inc.). We do not store form submissions in a database; they are kept only as emails for as long as needed for the enquiry and any legal retention periods.

Emails you send to [email protected] are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to our mailbox.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to [email protected] and we will take care of it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
